Training

We look to go above and beyond the basic requirements when providing our staff with training. We recognise that having the right knowledge is the key to not only providing the client you are working with day to day with the best possible care you can offer them but also encourages your own personal and professional development.

At Procuro we wish all our staff to be successful in developing their career with us. We see the work we do as very much a vocational career and if you join us you can expect to be treated as a valued member of our team.

We strive to provide as much in-house training as we can and offer a range of training packages to our employees as well as Companies and individuals looking to gain skills and qualifications. Lists of training courses available to our own staff and other organisations will be updated on our website.

Our Strategy

Whilst the care sector has seen great improvement in recent years with better training methods and higher expectations from government inspection bodies, headlines detailing inadequate, uncaring, dangerous and ignorant working methods of staff in healthcare hit the news more than we should see.

At Procuro we look to raise the bar in the standard of care and training an agency can provide.

This will ensure our workers can forge a successful career for themselves while working in temporary or permanent placements within the health and social care or education sectors.

We also endeavour to not only have the best terms and conditions of work but also pay competitive rates.
