About Us

Procuro Healthcare was borne out of a desire by experienced health care professionals to improve the quality of temporary and permanent staff supplied to companies in the field. We recognised that organisations often struggle to find quality short term staff to meet their resourcing needs.

Lucy McAuley - Recruitment and Compliance Manager

Lucy has worked in health and social care settings for the past 16 years. She has experience of working with clients with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and mental health. Formerly working with the NHS Lucy has also worked in clinical psychology and has special interests in disability, sensory impairment and mental health. She holds an MSc from Kings College London among other therapeutic and assessment qualifications.

Kevin Ward - Financial Director

Kevin was HR project manager responsible for the recruitment and training of over 4500 staff for a major UK retail bank; winning several awards for his commitment to the development and training of new recruits. In recent years he has been working with children with behavioural issues. Kevin is a certified child psychotherapist, play therapist, NLP practitioner and Emotional Freedom Trainer.

Greg Tolkacz - Training Consultant

Greg is one of our training consultants and specialises in  de-escalation and physical intervention strategies. He teaches a BTEC Level 2 course which he delivers to all Procuro staff. Greg has over 12 years experience of working with children and young people in care and has worked as an advocate for Polish young people in London.

Mike Coles - Employee Development Manager

Mike is a qualified Social Worker with more than 20 years experience in social care. He has managed teams in different sectors including children’s homes, specialist schools, outreach and community projects and has designed and led bespoke Outreach schemes for a number of organisations.
