Our training processes are comprehensive, professional, dynamic and focused so workers have the experience and skills needed.  We not only offer a thorough Induction Process to new staff but ongoing support and frequent refresher training and up-dating which, ensures high standards of Continued Profesional Development are maintained across our entire staff team during their career with us.

All staff are required to participate in Induction and Core training to ensure we have the competent, trained workforce worthy of being part of the Procuro Agency. Staff are also then offered opportunities to participate in National Qualification training such as the Diploma in Children and Young People Level 3 Award. Depending on the sector you work in with us, will determine which route you take.
